I Was Charged Twice

Seeing what looks like a duplicate charge can feel stressful, but in many cases one of the charges is only a temporary authorization hold.

Authorization holds are created by banks to confirm funds are available. These often disappear automatically within 3 to 5 business days without any further action.

Before assuming there were two completed charges, check whether one of them is still marked as pending. If so, it may not be a final charge.

If both charges still appear as fully posted after 5 business days, please contact our support team with your order number and a screenshot of the charges so we can review the issue.
