Why Is My Tracking Not Updating?

It can feel concerning when tracking appears stuck, but in many cases this is normal and does not mean the package is lost.

After a shipping label is created, tracking may take up to 72 hours to become active in the carrier’s system. During that time, it may show limited updates or appear unchanged.

Tracking can also pause while a package moves between sorting facilities, during carrier handoffs, or during weather and holiday delays. Some scans are uploaded later than expected, especially during busy shipping periods.

If your order is still within the normal delivery window, the best next step is usually to give it a little more time and continue checking the carrier’s official tracking page.

If tracking has not updated for more than 7 consecutive days, shows an error or exception, or the expected delivery window has passed entirely, please contact our support team and we will help review the situation.
