Standard delivery takes place on average within 3-5 working days from our warehouse in Italy.
If the Express service is available, delivery will be made within 2-4 working days from the shipment of the order to all destinations.
Delivery times may incur delays during:
• holiday periods: Christmas, Summer Bank Holiday and National Holidays
• events beyond the control of those involved in the distribution chain, such as natural disasters, road blocks due to strikes, events, car accidents, visits by public figures, and so on.
• inventory (January)
• in case of extraordinary circumstances
• Black Friday period - due to the high demand, order processing and delivery may take up to 10 business days. Our team works hard to ensure timely shipments, and we’ll keep you updated on your order’s status.
