Can I Modify My Order After Placing It?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to help if the order has not yet entered processing or shipment.

Possible changes can include updating quantities, adjusting variants, removing items, adding items, or correcting shipping details. Whether a change can be made depends on the current status of the order.

Once an order is already being processed, modifications become more difficult and may no longer be possible. If the order has already shipped, changes cannot be made from our side.

When contacting us, please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a clear explanation of the change you would like made. The more specific the request, the easier it is for our team to review.

If we are unable to modify the order, you may need to wait until it arrives and then request a return or exchange if eligible.
